Buyer questions
What you need to know before ordering.
Have a specification that is not covered here? Send it with your inquiry and we will review it.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our standard MOQ starts from 1,000 pieces per style. The exact quantity depends on the mold, resin, color and production setup, so include those details when requesting a quote.
How long does sampling take?
Sampling time depends on mold readiness, resin and color confirmation. We will provide a realistic schedule after reviewing the project information.
Can you match a custom color or finish?
Yes. We can develop custom solid or translucent colors and offer surface options such as matte or polished finishes, subject to the material and design.
Can you use our existing mold?
We can review a compatible customer-supplied mold. Please provide mold dimensions, material, runner information and previous production details when available.
Do you supply assembled, retail-ready clips?
Our core in-house capability is plastic injection molding. Springs, assembly, logo application and packaging are outside that core scope and must be confirmed separately for each project.
