Can you develop a custom shape from a reference image or sketch?
Yes. A sketch, a reference photo, or a competitor product is a valid starting point. Our engineers convert the reference into a manufacturable design and produce a drawing for your review before cutting any steel. We flag any design issues that would affect production quality at this early stage.
Can I customize color, logo, and packaging together?
Absolutely. Most of our OEM/ODM clients customize multiple elements simultaneously. Color, surface finish, logo application, and packaging design are all handled as part of a single integrated project — one quote, one timeline, one point of contact.
What is the MOQ for custom claw clips?
For projects using existing mold structures with custom colors, MOQ starts at 1,000 units per color. For new mold development projects, MOQ is typically 3,000–5,000 units per color depending on mold complexity. Contact us to discuss your specific quantity requirements.
Can I order a sample before committing to bulk production?
Yes, and we strongly encourage it. Every custom project goes through a physical sample approval stage before bulk production begins. We do not start mass production until you have approved a sample that matches your requirements in shape, color, finish, and function.
How do you protect my custom design?
We are open to signing an NDA before sharing any design files or project details. Custom molds developed for your project are recorded as your exclusive tooling — we do not use them for other clients or reproduce your design.
What if the first sample doesn't match my expectations?
Revision is built into the process. We include revision rounds in every new project. If the first sample has issues — shape, color, finish, or function — we document the feedback, adjust the mold or production parameters, and produce revised samples until you are satisfied.
