How many existing hair claw clip styles do you offer?
We currently present ten-plus styles backed by existing molds. The product collection should only include molds that are actually available for production.

Can I change the shape of an existing mold?
Color and compatible material can be customized without changing the geometry. A different shape, size, tooth structure or mechanical design normally requires new tooling.

Do you manufacture clips in ABS and PC?
ABS and PC are available material directions for project review. Final selection depends on the chosen mold, product target and agreed performance requirements.

Can you produce a custom color?
Yes, custom resin color can be evaluated. Provide a physical sample, approved color standard or clear digital reference. Final appearance and tolerance should be confirmed using a sample.

What is the minimum order quantity?
The standard starting MOQ is 1,000 pieces per style. If an order includes several styles, each style is evaluated separately.

Can I order samples before batch production?
Yes. The buyer pays the sample fee and freight. When agreed in the order, the sample fee can be credited after the production order is placed. A typical sample target is seven days after requirements and payment are confirmed.

What if none of the existing styles fits my project?
Submit the new design for feasibility review. A unique shape requires a separate tooling route covering drawings, quotation, mold development, sampling and production approval.

How much does a new mold cost?
There is no responsible fixed price without reviewing the product. Tooling cost depends on part geometry, dimensions, mold approach and the agreed scope. It must be quoted separately.

How long does custom tooling take?
Timing depends on product complexity, technical information and the approved mold plan. The development schedule should be confirmed in the written tooling quotation.

What is the production lead time?
Production timing is confirmed per order after the style, material, color, quantity, sample status and supply scope are known. The website should not promise one fixed lead time for every project.

Can you arrange delivery to my country?
Include the destination city or port in the inquiry. Available shipping terms, freight responsibility and documents should be confirmed in the quotation before order placement.

What information should I include in an RFQ?
Provide the model code or new-product reference, estimated quantity, material, color or finish, required supply scope, destination and target timing. Drawings or reference files are especially useful for new tooling.
