The Full Picture

What a "finished clip" actually means.

A claw clip is not a single injection molded component. It is an assembled product. Every element below affects whether your end customer opens the package, uses the clip, and buys again.

“The most reliable partner we’ve had in China. Their attention to structural integrity is unmatched in the industry.” — Global Accessories Buyer

In-House Assembly

Spring insertion done right.

Spring assembly sounds simple. In practice, consistent spring placement — at the correct tension, in the correct position — is where clip quality issues most commonly originate. Here is how we control it.

01

Spring Selection & Matching

Each clip design requires a spring with the correct wire gauge, coil count, and pre-tension to match the jaw geometry. We match spring specification to mold geometry during the development phase — not after production. Using the wrong spring in a well-made clip body produces a clip that either won’t stay open or requires excessive force to close.

Your Brand

on the Product.

Buyers who want their brand to appear on the product and packaging have several options depending on budget, quantity, and the effect they want to achieve.

01
Logo on Packaging
Your brand logo printed on backing cards, retail boxes, bag headers, or insert cards. Print options include single-color, CMYK full-color, and spot foil stamping. Minimum quantities for custom printed packaging depend on the format and are quoted per project.

02
Custom Insert Card
A printed card inserted into the packaging that carries your brand story, product information, care instructions, social media handles, or QR code. Insert cards work well for brands that want to communicate directly with the end consumer through the packaging experience.

03
In-Mold Branding
For clients who want their brand mark on the clip body itself, we can incorporate a debossed or embossed logo into the mold design. This is a permanent, clean-looking branding application that cannot be removed or transferred. Requires a new mold or mold modification, quoted as part of the tooling project.

04
Barcode & Label Support
We apply barcodes, price labels, or compliance labels to packaging as required by your retail partners or import requirements. For Amazon FBA sellers, we can discuss FNSKU label application and carton labeling per Amazon’s prep requirements — discuss your specific requirements at the inquiry stage.

Before You Commit to Bulk

Test the packaging before you order 10,000 units.

Packaging decisions — card design, box format, bag size, label placement — are much easier to get right on a small sample run than to fix after bulk production is complete. We encourage buyers to test the full packaging presentation before committing to bulk quantities.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Standard MOQ starts at 1,000 units per style for existing designs. For custom mold development, the MOQ is typically 5,000 units. We’re open to discussing smaller trial orders for new clients — feel free to reach out.

From CAD approval to physical sample, the process typically takes 15–21 business days depending on design complexity. Rush production options may be available upon request.

Yes. We supply GRS-certified recycled plastics and biodegradable acetate for brands prioritizing sustainability. All eco materials comply with REACH and RoHS international standards.

We operate under FOB (Shenzhen / Ningbo), CIF, or DDP terms based on your logistics preference. We partner with major freight forwarders to offer competitive rates worldwide.

Absolutely. Pre-production samples are available for a nominal fee, which is fully credited back against your bulk order. In-stock samples can be shipped within 3–5 business days.

We offer both. OEM means we manufacture to your design; ODM means you choose from our catalog and we customize for your brand. Our in-house design team can assist from concept to final artwork at no extra charge.
