Oversized rectangular or curved jaw clips for thick and long hair. Structural integrity tested at full opening width to ensure teeth alignment and hinge performance hold up in bulk.

Design Review
We verify the design is production-stable — checking wall thickness, draft angles, gate placement, and tooth geometry before cutting any steel or running production.

Mold Preparation
For existing molds, we inspect and prep tooling before the run begins. For new projects, mold enters production after design review clears. Mold condition directly affects surface quality.

Trial Molding
First shots from the mold are inspected against the approved sample — dimensions, surface finish, color, and structural integrity — before full production begins.

Color Confirmation
Color matched and confirmed at the start of each production run. We compare against the approved color standard under controlled lighting before proceeding to full output.

Mass Production
Full production runs with robotic arm unloading for consistency. In-process quality inspections performed at defined intervals throughout the run — not just at the start and end.

Spring Assembly
Metal torsion springs installed into each clip body using a standardized process to ensure correct tension, alignment, and opening/closing performance on every unit.

Final Quality Inspection
Finished clips go through FQC — surface condition, color consistency, spring function, and dimensional accuracy checked against the approved sample. AQL 2.5 standard applied.

Packaging & Export
Approved clips packed to your specification. Cartons labeled, packing list prepared, export documents ready. Shipment available for FOB, CIF, or DDP collection.

Many factories stop at the injection molded part — you receive clip bodies and arrange spring insertion and packaging yourself. We handle the complete delivery chain in-house: molding, spring assembly, quality inspection, and finished product packaging.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Standard MOQ starts at 1,000 units per style for existing designs. For custom mold development, the MOQ is typically 5,000 units. We’re open to discussing smaller trial orders for new clients — feel free to reach out.

From CAD approval to physical sample, the process typically takes 15–21 business days depending on design complexity. Rush production options may be available upon request.
