Existing molds, custom finishes, or a new shape

Custom Hair Claw Clips for B2B Projects

Customize an existing shape with agreed colors and project options, or submit a new design for tooling review. Choose the geometry route first, then confirm the sample and finished-product scope.

Choose the shape route

Two routes for a custom claw clip project

Customize an existing mold

Use an available shape as the starting point, then review compatible material, resin color, finish, logo process, assembly and packaging. Compare claw clip types before selecting a route. Current mold availability is confirmed for each inquiry.

Develop a new shape

A different shape, size, tooth structure or mechanism requires a separate tooling path. Review the claw clip size guide before sending a drawing, physical sample, dimensions or clear reference for feasibility review.

Customization options

Define your customization brief

Each option is reviewed against the selected mold, product target and order scope. Final compatibility and appearance are confirmed through sampling.

Material

Send a model reference and any required material. CL-001 is verified in PP; CL-002–CL-004 in ABS. Other material choices require mold compatibility review.

Color

Provide a color standard, color card or physical reference. Agree the appearance against a sample rather than a screen value alone.

Finish

Send a close-up or physical reference for the intended finish. Confirm what is achievable with the selected mold and resin during sampling.

Logo

Coordinated through a specialized cooperating partner.

Assembly

Specify finished clips or component supply and the required spring/assembly scope. Spring installation and assembly can be completed in-house.

Packaging

Send the intended packaging format and labeling needs. In-house packaging and equipment compatibility are reviewed for that format.

For logo review, include the artwork, preferred position, target appearance, quantity and packaging context. Method, MOQ and cost are project-specific.

Custom evidence

Color reference & tooling review

Provide a physical sample, approved color standard or clear digital reference. Color and finish are reviewed during sampling rather than promised from a screen value alone.

For a new geometry, drawings, dimensions or a physical reference begin the separate tooling review.

MOQ and sample route

Starting MOQ: 1,000 pcs per style. Actual quotation depends on the mold, material, color, logo process, packaging, quantity and project scope.

Provide the quantity per style and color for MOQ allocation. Confirm sample fees and freight first. About seven days is a typical sample target subject to mold readiness and scope; new-tooling development and bulk timing are assessed separately.

Confirm finished-product delivery

Agree the finished-product scope, packaging reference and labeling requirements before production. Any custom packaging or logo work belongs in the quotation, not as an assumed inclusion.

Logo application remains coordinated through a specialized cooperating partner.

Prepare the brief

What to send for a custom quote

Start with a product reference, estimated quantity and destination. If available, add material, color, logo and packaging requirements. Uncertain technical details can be discussed during review.
